You will have complete privacy during your stay and contactless entry. The larger of the two bedrooms is located on the second floor and has a vaulted ceiling and beautiful ocean view. The second bedroom is located on the main floor along with a large ocean view family room with a vaulted ceiling, a wet-bar complete with sink, microwave, and mini fridge, and a bathroom. There is a pullout couch. Located at the very end of a long driveway on a very safe and private lot. The property is very large and as such you will likely not ever see the homeowners (unless needed) or even neighbors and will have lots of room to park.
