The Cape Sanctuary, West Falmouth, MA. This newly renovated home, with its Japanese influenced gardens was designed purposely, lovingly and thoughtfully to create beauty and provide a deeply peaceful atmosphere for your refreshment and renewal. The Cape Sanctuary is well located in West Falmouth Harbor; and includes private beach rights to a beautiful association ocean beach, is located within walking distance to the West Falmouth Harbor. with it's many water inlets, that make this location so breathtaking. Also only a short walk from the property is the famous Shining Sea Bike path that spans several miles and leads to Woods Hole. This area is established, fairly quiet and somewhat removed from the normal summer influx of tourists but is only a short drive to the nearby towns of Falmouth and Woods Hole. The home, itself, is filled with light… has a Lovely kitchen featuring granite counter tops, tile flooring, new Bosch dishwasher and other new furnishings. The living room is comfortably furnished and is also very light and airy with its many windows. There are two bedroom both with new Beautyrest luxury firm mattresses; one bedroom has a queen size bed while the other has a king size bed. . Our two bedrooms can comfortably accommodate four guests and a fifth guest may be accommodated on request: we have a quality electric twin inflatable mattress which is high off the floor. This twin can be placed in one of the bedrooms or in the living room.. This home offers high quality bed linens, and towels for your convenience. The full kitchen is also accessorized with the necessary cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, cooking pans, blender, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker to make your stay comfortable. This home also includes air conditioning, wifi , a flat screened tv, and also fans in the bedrooms and living room. A seven night minimum stay is requested from June 23 through Sept 1. All other dates we ask for a minimum stay of 4 nights. You are warmly welcome to the Cape Sanctuary you. Guests will be able to have full access to the premises as they are renting an entire house. The owners do not live on this property but will always be available by phone. The guests will always be provided with a phone number to call if any need arises during their stay. This home features a beautiful private association ocean beach, is located in the scenic and highly desirable area of West Falmouth Harbor. The views are breathtaking with ocean inlets, harbors, and two beautiful public ocean beaches within 1.5 miles; Chapoquoit Beach and Old Silver Beach. Also the famous several mile Shining Sea Falmouth bike trail is within walking distance from the property; this trail extends to Woods Hole. This home can accommodate five people comfortably. We have two bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and one with a kingsize bed. If an extra bed is needed we have a high quality electric inflatable twin mattress which can be positioned in one of the bedrooms or in the livingroom.
