On the first floor is the living room, kitchen, a bathroom, and terrace. The living room is spacious, has a comfortable sofa, a table with 8 chairs and a desk. The kitchen has all the necessary cooking utensils and also has a table with 6 chairs. The terrace is very spacious, has outdoor armchairs with a table and views of the Coyhaique reserve. You can smoke on the terrace. The bedrooms and a bathroom are on the second floor.
