On the 1st floor we have a kitchen and two simple bedrooms. Outside, there is a barbecue area with tables and a pleasant deck among the trees, perfect for enjoying the sunset. On the 2nd floor are two new bedrooms, a cozy suite, air-conditioning, full bathroom. The house is in the middle of vegetation, there may be insects.
