Seaview Stay

Seaview Stay is cliff top escape with uninterrupted panoramic sea views. Enjoy the wonderful sunset and sunrise in this comfortable stylish 1 bedroom annex with your own terrace and private access. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park. The space The Annex has it is own entrance and it is next door to our main house. The space The dimensions of the Seaview Stay are as follows: Lounge: 287cm x 278cm Shower Room: 287cm x 118cm Bedroom: 287cm x 282cm Drive/Recreational Area: 635cm x 465cm The Annex comprises lounge, bedroom and Jack & Gill shower room in the middle. There is tea & coffee facilities, TV in the lounge & bedroom, air conditioning, dishwasher, small fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery & crockery, hairdryer and iron & ironing board for your convenience. Guest access Guests can obtain the accommodation keys from the main house or will be given a lockbox number the day before the arrival. Other things to note There is free and unrestricted parking. There is a drive in front of the Annex however if you wish to keep this space free, there is plenty of roadside parking opposite our house.
