A 2 minute walk to the bar walls, 5 minute walk to the Minster taking you into the heart of the city. Guest access The Coach House is a detached dwelling with private access through a front porch. Enter into the hallway with coat hooks and shoe basket for your convenience. The bathroom and kitchen are situated on the ground floor. Bathroom - brand new suite with toilet, basin, towel rail and walk in shower. Kitchen - brand new fully fitted kitchen with oven, grill, induction hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the crockery and utensils you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. As well as a breakfast bar with seating for 2. You will also find a drinks trolley with an array of glasses. Take the stairs up to the open plan living and bedroom space. Fresh new space with beamed pitched ceiling, large velux and 2 windows, one full length feature window. A stylish modern space with bed dressed with luxury linen, sofa, slim line 42" TV with virginfibre broadband, wardrobe and full length mirror. You will also find a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board available in the house for use during your stay. The external store accessed via the front porch houses a washing machine and space for your bins to be stored away from the main house. Other things to note The Coach House York is perfect for two. We can accommodate an infant as well, however please be aware there is an additional charge of £20 (for a 2 night stay) or £30 ( 2+ night stay) to cover the costs associated with an extra little person in the house. Please note if travelling with an infant there is an open staircase with no stair gates. If you find stairs challenging please be aware there is no hand rail but you can use the wall to assist you when walking up and down the stairs. A travel cot and linen is available on request.
