We offer a set of bed linens for each bed and bath towels for our guests. The space LOCATION The space is located on the sea block of the Meia Praia neighborhood. You'll be 80 meters from the beach. The apartment is close to the best supermarkets and bakeries. There are also great bars and restaurants nearby. The Russi Russi mall is a 15-minute walk from the apartment. ACCOMMODATIONS The apartment has two bedrooms, one of them being an en-suite. In total we have a king size bed, a double bed and two single mattresses. There is also a living room with two areas, a dining table and a TV area. There is a kitchen equipped with utensils and appliances for basic meals and a laundry room with a washing machine. There is an electric barbecue grill in the apartment. We provide bed linens for all beds, pillows, blankets and a bath towel for each guest. AIR CONDITIONING In total there are three air conditioners, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. CONNECTIVITY 100 mega private Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and streaming platforms on TV. GARAGE A private parking space that accommodates a small to medium-sized vehicle. COMMUNAL AREA There is a charcoal barbecue located on the roof of the building that guests can use upon reservation and payment of a fee. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. The access to the apartment is by stairs. Other things to note Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is until 10 a.m. Night arrival: Check-ins after 9 p.m. are preferably not done in person, and the two-stop method is used. In this method, the tag and the control are accessed in the guardhouse of my condominium, and after that, you will go to the apartment.
