Our cottage is set in a quiet neighborhood on a deep, clear, wide canal. Situated bayside at mile marker 89, there is a 61 foot concrete dock and room for up to a 30' boat. backwater fishing is a short boat ride and there is easy ocean access through both Tavernier Creek and Snake Creek. A boat ramp is available at nearby Founders Park. There are 2 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. The living room is large and airy with sliders opening to the back screened porch. The cottage is fenced The kitchen has everything you will need on your stay. Some of our guests do leave basic condiments in the refrigerator. Feel free to use them but please replace basic ones if possible. There is a locked storage area for your fishing and scuba gear. There are water toys available onsite. A swim ladder and swim platform are available for your convenience. Lighted gazebo on the back patio for evening entertaining. Gas bbq grill and bait freezer are available for your use, we ask that you keep your bait as tidy as possible and outside the house. please feel free to contact us at any time during your stay if you have any questions or concerns. Plantation Key is one of the Islamorada Keys. Islamorada has plenty of restaurants and entertainment. There is close access to Founders park which has a swimming pool, beach and a boat ramp. You will have access to this as our guest. You may be asked to see your rental agreement for access to the park. our home is available on a monthly basis. It is located on deep and wide canal. It is always clean and as rumor has it there is a fresh water spring that feeds it. It is very close to Tavernier Creek and Snake Creek for easy ocean access. There is 61 feet of concrete dockage and room for your 30 foot boat.
