In its surroundings there are bars and restaurants with live music after 8 p.m. WE DO NOT RECEIVE GUESTS AFTER 10 P.M. The space The space consists of a pantry/kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and microwave. Electric shower in the bathroom. Bedroom/suite with ceiling fan. Area with tank and clothesline. View of the Penha Convent. We offer bed linens. We ask that you bring only a towel. There is 1 flight of stairs to access the apartment. Other things to note The building has no garage. There are free parking spaces in front of the property (street) and paid parking 50 meters away. Guests other than those listed on the reservation are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. No pets allowed.
