Forest Studio

Small 12 m2 studio on the edge of Tijuca National Park. Faces the forest, overlooking nature. It is possible to spot different birds, tamarins and capuchin monkeys. The site is in front of the Trapicheiros River dam, a small waterfall with crystal clear water. The street has 24-hour security. The location is 800 meters from the Uruguai Metro and 400 meters from the nearest bus stop. The space The studio is 12m2 and was recently renovated in the industrial style. The space is small but cozy. There is a queen-size bed on site, so it is possible to accommodate up to two people. The kitchen is in the same location as the bedroom and has a minibar, microwave and 1-burner induction stove. The studio door can be accessed with a digital lock, however the street door is only accessed with a common key. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire Studio. There is a patio of about 16m2 available, with a side table, which can perfectly accommodate a breakfast overlooking the forest. The main house is located on the same property; however, the environments are totally isolated and without contact. The street access door and part of the staircase is shared with the owners. Other things to note The street is on a slope and we recommend coming by car using an app, however, it is possible to come on foot without problems. Free street parking is also available. The location is super safe. The main house and part of the outdoor area are under renovation. However, there will be no noise from our work while there are guests. We want you to have the best stay possible.
