The space Recently renewed triplex with 3 separate bedrooms & 1 large mezzanine bedroom - 8 sleeping places in total, spacious living room, outside terrace with jacuzzi & sofa, fully equipped kitchen, inside and outside dining tables, one bathroom with bathtub & shower, one bathroom with a shower & toilet and one separated toilet. As well there are working spaces - perfect to work from home. The apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator. We're pleased to inform you that the jacuzzi has been repaired and is now functioning well. Guest access - 3 bedrooms (2 queen size beds & 1 double bed) - 1 large mezzanine bedroom (2 single beds) - 1 large living room with lounge, dining room and open kitchen - 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub & shower, one with shower & WC) - 1 separate WC - 1 dressing & laundry room - 1 terrace of 25m2 with jacuzzi, sofa & dining table Please note that, we don't provide baby gates for the stairs. Other things to note The accommodation is managed by the Get a Key concierge, available 7 days a week (10am-8pm). In the apartment, all of our guests are supplied household linen, amenities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper...) and one big towel per person, along with a hand towel and bath rug. We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel room service. Every mid stay cleaning, refresh of towels/linen, restock of amenities, or delivery can be scheduled on demand at an extra fee. On your arrival, a personalized welcome is offered to you by a Get a Key agent, who will give you the keys and answer all your questions. *****An arrival between 8:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. is possible, for an additional fee of €30 to be paid to your greeter at check-in.***** Please share your check-in time one day before your arrival. In the event of a delay beyond the scheduled check-in time, your greeter will wait for the first 45 minutes only. After that, he will provide you with information on where to find him for key pickup and proceed with a self-check-in.
