The lower level features a combined living and dining space, a family room and fully stocked kitchen, a full bathroom with contemporary fixtures and laundry facilities. The level opens up to a large and private balcony, providing picturesque views of the lake. Step outside to enjoy the expansive backyard, patio and pool. Take a stroll on the pathway that leads to the private jetty and take in the stunning beauty of Budgewoi Lake. For boating enthusiasts, two single boats complete with life jackets are available in the storage area. HOUSE RULES • Please respect the property and neighbours. • Indoor smoking will incur a penalty • Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. • Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am. • Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to approval. • Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand. • No parties allowed. • Small gatherings are subject to approval. • Pets are allowed. You are welcome to bring one pet. Please contact us if you have more than 1 pet. *Note: The garage is not available for guest use. Guests may park in the driveway or use the free all-day street parking located directly in front of the house.
