Other things to note We're just finishing up some renovation work on our home at the back of the site, which should have limited effect on you, but there may be some daytime noise related to this, and you might see us out and busy around the section, mostly on weekends. The beauty of staying in close proximity to the airport does come with the downside of aeroplane noise during the day, between the hours of 7am and 10pm. There aren't many flights early morning or in the evening, mostly through the afternoon while you're out enjoying what Queenstown has to offer. The noise is minimal if the windows are closed and watching the planes can be quite fascinating. Unfortunately a lot of Queenstown is affected by airport noise. We have designed your accommodation to limit the effects.
