Other things to note ⚠️ Other things to consider 🏝 Casa de Campo Resort Mandatory Fee The villa rental does not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort Fee, applicable to all guests who are not owners or direct guests of an owner within the resort. Fees: • Adults: $30 per person / per night • Children: $15 per person/night • Children under 4: free This rate includes access to resort facilities, swimming pools, sun loungers at the main pool and Playa Minitas, restaurants, common areas, and 24-hour security. 🪪 Guest check-in A few days before you arrive, we will contact you to request: • Identification of all guests • Data required for check-in at the resort With this information, an access code will be generated, which must be presented together with your passports at the resort reception on the day of your arrival.
