This room has a Roku TV, sofa , mini fridge, table and chairs, and fan. Use of shared kitchen, living room, lake view deck, a shared locking residential style full bathroom off main hallway. This room has a full bed (double) size mattress (sleeps 2) and a bunk bed (sleeps 3) with twin mattress on top and full mattress below. 5 guests max! You are renting a private locking bedroom for 1-5 guests. (Must put all guests on reservation. Extra guests are not free.) Perfect for a single, family or group of friends. 1 flight of stairs required to reach this room. There is a private locking residential style bathroom off the main hallway. You will be sharing a large house with other guests. (See below) HOSTEL QUICK DETAILS Bedding and towel is provided. Beds are made with sheets, pillow case, and folded blanket. Please bring your own bathroom items. Pets are not allowed. Only registered guests allowed on the property. No visitors. The building has central heating set ~70F/21C. No cooling/AC. Big Bear has cool mountain air 99% of the year. Fans available in room. Quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM There is no room cleaning service available during your stay. All entrances have keypad security locks. No curfew once checked in. Valid ID matching reservation name must be presented at check in. Our missing is to serve recreational travelers to Big Bear. IDs must be from outside the area and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Shared firepit in backyard (when local conditions permit) Outdoor ping pong table (seasonal) Please ask before booking if there are any amenities you require. Great for Remote Working, Co-working space. Robust WIFI meshed with both Spectrum Internet & TMO 5G sources. No Pets policy. Sorry, we like to keep an allergy free space. We have kids with allergies. Please use airbnb search filters and choose a pet friendly host. Common area Cleaning Hours are 11am-1pm. All guests must be out of the building while housekeeping takes place. We do not clean private rooms during your stay. Security We have 24/7 security cameras on the outside entrances. All entrances have keypad security locks. No curfew once checked in. We serve international travelers and tourist visitors to Big Bear. Only registered guests are allowed in our buildings. For everyone's safety, all guests staying in the hostel must be registered before check in. You can send a picture of everyone's ID, or present them to us at arrival. IDs must be from outside the area. We also require a credit card matching the name on the reservation at check in. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. The manager is on site 24/7. Please call if you have any issues with other guests. EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT Check in between 4pm to 10pm. Check out by 10am. We never guarantee early check in or late check out. You can Request early arrival or late departure in our MyTrips app after a confirmed booking. There is a fee for adjusted arrival/departure times. If your request can be accommodated, we will approve it and you will be notified and charged whether you arrive early or not as we have to pay someone to be ready for your arrival time. Please let us know at the time of booking if you want to charge. Ski Resort: We are 1 mile from Snow Summit. 2 miles to Bear Mountain. There is a free city shuttle just around the corner every 30 minutes. Midweek non holiday there is free parking at the base area. On weekends we suggest driving to the free resort parking and taking the shuttle bus. *subject to change: check the resort website for up to date information. Parking: We have 9 parking spots in our parking lot. (First come first served) But also space for plenty more next door in our overflow lots. We can direct you at arrival. This unit has a base price for 1 guest and extra guests cost $20-30 per person each night. Make sure you put the correct number of guests on your reservation to see correct pricing. If you have any issues on concerns during your stay, please let us know right away in the airbnb chat, my co-host lives right next door and we want to make sure you are comfortable during your stay.
