The space With its original hardwood floors and four charming bedrooms, this beautiful cottage provides the ideal escape, offering a peaceful sanctuary for both relaxation and rejuvenation. John Alvin's is a generous multi-level home featuring 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area creates a bright and welcoming space, complemented by a convenient laundry room. Outside, you'll find a charming front porch—perfect for sipping your morning coffee—along with a new spacious deck, hot tub, pergola and a large grassy backyard. There's also a cozy firepit area, ideal for roasting marshmallows and enjoying some stargazing. Guest access The entire property inside and out is yours to enjoy. Parking is available in the driveway only. Other things to note We provide one Ontario Parks beach pass that can be used for one vehicle at any of the local beaches (Sandbanks Outlet, Dunes and North Beach) during your stay. We will send you the pass number ahead of your arrival so you can pre-book your beach visits online to guarantee your entrance, free of charge.
