Bedrooms & Layout: The interior is distributed across multiple levels to ensure privacy and quiet: The Villa features 4 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, A/C, and heating. * To comply with local capacity standards, the house is officially offered for 6 guests. This allows us to provide the full and exclusive use of all 4 bedrooms, offering your group extra space, flexibility, and comfort. Three of the bedrooms open directly onto private terraces with stunning valley views. Living Spaces: The house offers three distinct areas for socializing and relaxation: The Upper Lounge: A light-filled space featuring the library, the piano, and direct access to the panoramic balcony with views over the coast. The Main Floor: An expansive open-plan area that houses the primary living room and the formal dining room, the true heart of the home. The Cinema Room: A dedicated, separate space for movies and entertainment, providing a private retreat within the house. Outdoor Life & The Pool: A Mediterranean garden filled with lavender and roses leads to the outdoor areas: The Pool: A 4×3m dipping pool and an outdoor shower, all framed by mountain views. Important Note on Pool Heating: We offer pool heating at no extra cost during April, May, June, September, and October, aiming for a temperature of 26°C (79°F). Please note that this service is weather-dependent. During periods of heavy rain or adverse weather, the system may not be able to reach or maintain this temperature, and the service cannot be 100% guaranteed.
