Upon entering the property, please report any issues or damaged items within the first hour. We understand that accidents do happen, but all damage must be reported to the owner immediately. The Renter agrees to keep the home in good, tidy condition, and do not rearrange furniture or items inside nor outside the house. Please treat the space with respect.
