Spacious, quiet property, 3 appartments, in the nature of the "French Tuscany" (3-stars). Between sunflowers, squirrels and pool, you can come to rest. Bring your family, friends or team, because space is endless. Spend the day by the pool, in the shade under chestnut trees, or reading in our swing with a view. You can be active in sports, cook with friends, play the piano, visit markets in the region, barbecue on the terrace in the evening with a glass of rosé, or just look at the stars. The space The converted and stylishly furnished farmhouse, which has a 3-star rating, offers plenty of space for you and your family and friends, both indoors and outdoors. It is a very quiet place. There is hardly any traffic and the neighbours are far away. All 3 flats were classified with 3 stars by "Etoile-de-France" in October 2022, which made us very happy. There are 3 independent accommodation units. The main building with sleeping space for five people (e.g. 2 adults, 3 children) and the two smaller apartments, each with its own entrance and fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room (for two and three people respectively), offer approx. 250 square metres of living space. The ultra-modern fibre optic internet is not only ultra-fast (AirBnB-verified), but can also be received throughout the entire house. Of course also in front of the pool. Sun loungers and plenty of tables and chairs are available. Place them wherever you like, there are beautiful corners around the whole house. Since 2022, we have been particularly proud of the large pool, which also suits this property in its dimensions (10 x 4 metres) and its modern equipment. It is regularly maintained so that you can rely on good water quality. Daily cleaning is carried out by the pool robot, which you use yourself. It's not difficult, our video on YouTube shows you how. The pool can be heated and extends your swimming time by many weeks, unless the weather goes crazy. The pool is secured with a cover reinforced with metal struts, which is fixed over the pool. It complies with the NFP 90-308 standard, as required by French law. There is neither a pool alarm - too unsafe - nor a fence around the pool. This property has been our holiday home and our "place of rest" for many years. My mother Heidrun and her partner Otto saved it from decay in 1994 and completely restored it. Since then it has been constantly modernised and adapted to today's requirements. Of course, not everything is new. But everything works very well, because it has quality and its own charm. If you: ... want to go on holiday with family, friends or the whole sports team ... have children ... are looking for peace, nature and seclusion ... enjoy cooking (chef's kitchen with gas hob) and eating together ... like small authentic villages and the French way of life ... also love to visit markets ... find village festivals exciting (garlic festival in July/August) ... are sporty: jogging, cycling, tennis, golf, swimming, horse riding (stables 5 minutes away) ... make music (small grand piano + lots of space, acoustics are great) ... want to use the property as a base for short trips to the Atlantic/Mediterranean, Pyrenees, Toulouse, Barcelona, San Sebastián, Pamplona ... or simply want to do nothing at all ... then you've come to the right place! Unfortunately, we will not be able to welcome you in person. A detailed instruction manual (house manual) will be linked and will reach you in good time. In the appendix you will find two pages of tips for leisure activities in the area, there is plenty to do. So you can go sightseeing straight away, or arrive first! We only have someone on site in real emergencies, but our help via Whatsap in video format is much easier. The property is not fenced. There are only a few cars a day, which can be heard from afar. From our point of view, this is a paradise for children, because there is nature and lots to discover around the house. We look forward to seeing you! Other things to note Nature and the pool are the stars of this property. This region is hugely up-and-coming, there is a lot of entertainment here. Questions about the house can be clarified the same day by phone/messenger, this has already proven successful. There is a doctor in Saint Clar and a clinic in Auch (30 min.).
