Guest access Everywhere! Join the texas hold'em on Wednesdays, Ice cream sundays on saturdays, BYOBs on Fridays! Lots to see and do. Other things to note If you would rather drive down to the beach, access is just around the corner on the border of the drive/no drive part of the beach. For stays less than 2 weeks the owner will need to block off 2 weeks (HOA rules) and therefore depending on vacancy an extra fee of $0 - $500 is required.
