This cottage offers a private driveway with 3 parking spots and waterfront rooftop dock. We want you to admire the breathtaking views of beautiful Peninsula Lake. The space This cottage is licensed by Municipality of Lake of Bays. License # STR-2025-179 Newly built cottage with a welcoming atmosphere and wonderful amenities. This is an all-season cottage close to fun family activities. Features brand new appliances, furniture and an office space great for remote work. The cottage sits on the stunning Peninsula Lake which links to other 3 lakes. Enjoy fishing off the dock. We also provide 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 1 canoe, adult and youth life jackets. Gather around the stone fire pit in the evening to keep warm and roast marshmallows. This property has a double water filtration system. There is a generator at the property in case of a power failure. This place has everything you need to enjoy nature without sacrificing modern comfort. Guest access Full access to the entire cottage, (except mechanical room, store and 1 cupboard). Main floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen/dining, living room with fireplace, washer/dryer, and a walkout deck with a patio set and bbq. Walkout basement has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, 1 office and rec room with electric fireplace and ping pong table. The beautiful backyard has a fire pit and lakefront dock with a rooftop for you to enjoy responsibly. This waterfront cottage offers incredible lake views. Appreciate the beauty of nature! Other things to note This property does not have garbage pickup. Guests will be required to remove all garbage from inside and outside upon checkout. Guests will be charged $250 for any garbage left behind. Refer to Cottage Guest Book provided for information about the area and things to do. No parties or events. No candles or fireworks. In accordance with municipal regulations, do not light the fire pit between 7am to 6pm during summer months. After 6 pm, you may use the fire pit as long as there is no fire burn ban in place, which you can check on the Lake of Bays website. Road is maintained by the town in winter. Snow tires highly recommended in the winter. This property is in a snow belt area. Please wear appropriate shoes and use caution while using stairs and when outside. There is a gentle slope going from front of the cottage to the back and near shoreline. Use caution on the shoreline and on the dock roof top. No diving or jumping into the water from the upper or lower dock. Please do not move furniture. No Day Guests Allowed. No trespassing on neighbors properties. Municipal noise restrictions after 10pm. The cottage has a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper and human waste in the toilets. Guest will be financially responsible for any damage caused to the septic system. Guest will be required to sign a short term rental agreement for insurance purpose. Please note cottage is decorated for Fall/Thanksgiving and Christmas season. Upper and Lower Docks will not be available after Canadian Thanksgiving weekend till Victoria Day Weekend for our guest’s safety because of weather. These are just friendly reminders for safety and to maintain the beauty of the cottage. We appreciate the respect, kindness and consideration for the property, neighbours and all future guests.
