We welcome up to 2 dogs at a fee of $75 per stay/per dog. Guest access No areas are off limits on the property. Other things to note We have an outdoor shower in addition to the one inside. The house has an AquaPure house water filter and reverse Osmosis driking water system so the drinking water is 100% purified and the house water is filtered soft water, and chlorine/chemical-free. There's a pack n' play and high chair in the linen closet. Cape Coral's climate brings about some insects like cockroaches, ants, spiders, mosquitoes and friendly geckos. It's important to avoid leaving food and sugary items out and make sure to keep doors and windows closed. If you see any ants or any other pests please let us know, as we have a pest control company who maintains our home regularly. Please don't throw out any loose food items in the outdoor garbage bins as this causes issues in the florida heat and with rodents. Always put in a plastic bag and tie it up first. Thank YOU!
