The apartment has four balconies viewing the sea, the mountain, the garden and the next leafy orchard. Guests feel at home being alone & undisturbed in the detached apartment. They tele-work using the 3 desks, the bookcase & the wi fi limitless internet, they cook in the fully equipped kitchen, they have breakfast, lunch & dinner at the dining table inside or outside in the garden, they relax on the sofa watching tv or outdoors on the balconies and in the garden in their own dining area far from the other guests' dining area ensuring social distancing and they enjoy swimming, wind serfung & other sea sports in the calm sea alongside. The apartment is accessible by the outer marble staircase. Guests have the share use of the courtyard & the garden with the other guests, but they have their own dining area with their own portable BBQ far away from the other guests' dining area. They visit also the antiquities in the surroundings of the city of Volos and the famous tsipouradika, taverns serving tsipouro, a kind of ouzo, with sausage and sea food. In Horto and in the nearby villages the seaside taverns and restaurants serve fresh fish and local meals. In August & September concerts & dances take place in the cosy outdoor theater of the village and at the fests of nearby villages.
