Welcome to our beautiful 1950’s house located in the heart of Wilmington! This listing has been carefully designed with much love for our guests! It's central to everything Wilmington has to offer with just a short trip to Downtown Wilmington (4 mi), Wrightsville Beach (6 mi), UNCW (1.5 mi) and the Cargo District (2 mi). It has held so many precious memories for us and friends. We now hope it to be a new found oasis for you, our guests! Comfort awaits you at the Midtown Oasis at Winston! The space This 3 bed/2 bath, 1650 sq. ft. home provides the perfect getaway for families and friends! Cleanliness and comfort are a top priority of ours to provide a peaceful oasis to our guests. We fully sanitize all surfaces and have furnished the house with top quality mattresses that are all BRAND NEW (July 2021). These include a Beautyrest Harmony Lux in the Master and Serta icomfort and perfect sleeper for the Queen/Twin beds. In addition, we spared no expense completing the beds with high quality linens and pillows for a perfect nights sleep! This home features hardwood floors throughout, a spacious living room and bonus room, with a large master bedroom/bathroom. The master bath comes with dual shower heads, his/hers sinks, and access to the outdoor shower. Outside, relax with family and friends on the back deck or on the back patio featuring our custom outdoor fireplace. Perhaps a mid-afternoon nap outside on the hammock after rinsing off from the beach. Roku TV’s located in the living room, bonus room, and master bedroom. Beach chairs and a cooler are provided along with corn hole boards for the backyard. We have 2 bikes available for you to hop on the nearby City Trail to explore the city. Nearby, Empie Park (1 mile) or Mothers Park (.5 miles), are great for families with children or perhaps a bike ride to neighboring local breweries that are some of the best in town! This house can serve a variety of needs and has a few primary house rules: -No Pets Allowed -No parties allowed. Any exceptions to this rule must be discussed with us for approval!
