This property is on a windy mountain road and may be difficult to access during the winter and mud season without a 4x4 vehicle. You understand use of hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless. • The speed limit on our road is 5 MPH and must be observed at all times, especially when passing through a neighbor's property on the private road. • Cell service at the house may be spotty depending on your carrier. • Our minimum rental age is 25. • We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge. • We will provide you with access codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. • Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $1500 fine for smoking in the house. • Events and parties are not permitted. • Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. • Up to two dogs are permitted with the payment of our non-refundable $155 pet fee. You must pick up after your pets and keep them on our property, not the neighbors. • You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking. • For your safety and ours, we have a doorbell camera on the house pointed at the driveway and another camera on the back deck. This is not in any of the living areas. • Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.
