The space Our house is located in the municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena in a quiet and elegant residential neighborhood, near the Poetto seafront, reachable by car in about 5 minutes. It is the ideal starting point both for visiting the city of Cagliari and for reaching the most beautiful beaches on the Sardinian east coast. "VILLA FEDORA” is on three levels, organized as follows: - - ground floor: bright and warm living room with sofa, TV area, fully equipped kitchen (utensils, pots, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher), round table (4/6 people). Fully renovated bathroom (sink, bidet, wc) and laundry area with washing machine. - first floor: large bedroom with double bed and baby cot. Room / studio with a double extendable single bed. Triple bedroom (a single bed and a bunk bed). Brand new bathroom with shower stall. - basement floor: large relaxation area with fireplace and sofa bed. Here, just like at home, you will find all the comforts of a real home, such as bed linen and towels, free wi-fi, air conditioning and heating. The Villa opens to a garden surrounded by trees that offers relaxation, peace and tranquility. It has private parking, WiFi Internet, TV and barbecue. The main service providers (coffee bar, restaurant, pizzeria, fish shop, supermarket) are reachable also by feet 15 minutes walk. A large fully equipped country home and a barbecue will allow you to enjoy relaxing outdoor breakfasts and dinners with friends. Other things to note We recommend the rental car, the better to enjoy the beaches and coves in the coast between Villasimius and Costa Rei. Pets are welcome, with respect to the common rules of common sense and hygiene by the owners - subject to confirmation by the property and with an EXTRA charge of € 10 / night. Infants (under the age of 2) are not counted in the maximum number of guests and do not pay. At most, two babies can be accommodated. Children (aged between two and 12 years) will instead be counted and will pay like adults. On request and availability it is possible to have a cot for babies with sheets for € 10 / night.
