Your group will love the 3 bright bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an open layout with a well-stocked kitchen, dining and living spaces. The peaceful outdoor space includes a large deck, a grill, and plenty of comfy seating. The yard has a fire circle and space for little ones to play. Newport attractions and beaches are 15 minutes away. The space Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor and share a full bathroom with a bathtub and washer/dryer. The spacious primary bedroom is on the second floor and has an en suite bathroom with a shower. The upstairs bedroom also has an adjoining loft area with a workspace. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood next to the Sakonnet River. It's the ideal spot for a family vacation with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. Guest access The entire home and outdoor spaces will be yours to use. The driveway fits 4 cars. Maximum 6 guests, as per town rules. If the maximum is exceeded, reservation will be cancelled. NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR GATHERINGS PERMITTED. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS PERMITTED TO VISIT THE HOME. Other things to note I am happy to provide suggestions for activities and restaurants so you get the most out of your stay on the island. We have lots of puzzles and games for your entertainment and you can also enjoy your favorite shows and movies by logging in to your preferred streaming services. Cozy bedding and fresh towels are provided, as well as a Keurig coffee machine and K-cups, sugar and creamer. If you have a kayak or canoe, or other small watercraft, you can launch it at the public access point down the street. We do not issue refunds for bad weather or natural disasters.
