Free parking in driveway and carport with enough space for 4 cars Parking is not allowed on the street. The car cannot block any part of the curb or the street. Guests cannot park on the neighbors' driveway! For any parking violation, the guest will be responsible for all towing expenses and tickets. Other things to note You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 12 pm. It is a self check-in with a smart lock. For safety reasons, this property has outdoor security cameras. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund. Questions & Answers Can you check-in anytime after 4pm? Yes, all our properties are self-check in for your convenience Can you check-in before 4pm? Yes, we ask $20/per hour before the normal 4pm check in time as long as the property has been cleaned. Do we supply towels or extra linens? Yes, we supply towels, wash clothes, hand towels and an extra set of sheets. Do we supply toiletries? Yes, we supply toilet paper, shampoo and soap. We also supply paper towels, extra trash bag, dish soap and sponge. Can you book one of our properties if you’re under the age of 21 years old? Yes, we do allow ages 18 and up at most properties. Do our properties supply pots and pans? Yes, we supply pots, pans, dishes, etc. Some properties also come with a hot plate if needed. All have microwaves, keurig coffee maker and refrigerator. Do we have grills at our properties? Yes, the majority of our properties have either gas or charcoal grills. However, we do not supply charcoal or refill propane tanks. Propane tanks are at the properties. Do we supply beach chairs or toys? No, however, previous guests have left chairs and toys behind that we do have at some properties. You can also rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the lifeguards on the beach as well. Do we allow trailers? Yes, trailers are allowed at this property. Can you extend your reservation? Yes, with given notice at least by the night before or by 8am of the check out date so we can inform our cleaners. Can you receive packages delivered to properties? Yes, we just ask that you inform us beforehand. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
