When you enter this lovely home, you will step into an inviting entry hall with beautiful wood flooring, a quaint sitting bench, and marine inspired art-work (a theme to appreciate throughout the house). Directly to your left, you will find the first downstairs bedroom with a king bed, a comfy reading chair, and a large, flat-screen TV. The first downstairs bathroom is conveniently located right next door and contains a shower/bathtub combination. Walk to end of the entrance hall and discover an immaculate kitchen with an electric stove-top, large, stainless steel refrigerator, and exquisite granite counter-tops. There’s even an island that serves as a breakfast bar, so the cook in the family can have some company while serving up the pancakes. Just off the kitchen is the dining room. Here, meals and games can be enjoyed along with a delightful view of the lush backyard. To the right of the dining room, lies the living room. Recline on a luxurious couch as you are warmed by a magnificent stone fireplace. The skylights provide plenty of light for reading, and a large, flat-screen TV tops this off as the perfect place for the whole family to rest up after a fun-filled day at the beach. Wander through the living room and come to a side hallway which will lead you to a second, full, downstairs bathroom (also with a shower/bathtub combination) as well as the last 2 downstairs bedrooms. To the right, you will see a cozy bedroom with a trundle bed and two twin mattresses — perfect for the kids. The bedroom to the left features not only a queen, but direct access to the outside deck and Jacuzzi, making this room an especially wonderful hideaway. Ascend the stairs to the second floor and enter a grand, master bedroom. With a luxurious king size bed, overstuffed lounge chair, large, flat-screen TV, and your own full bathroom, there’s a good chance you won’t want to leave. Outside, in the backyard, Nantucket West invites you to step into a world that is truly sublime. The large deck holds an ample hot tub which sits under a winsome gazebo. Add a glass of wine to the mix, and this becomes the ideal place to relax and unwind. Descend the deck staircase and find yourself on a brick patio surrounded by trees, greenery, and an enchanting little waterfall that supplies a soothing ambiance. An elongated pergola provides shade from the sun during the day, while its outdoor fireplace will keep you warm while star gazing or roasting marshmallows at night. A fire-pit allows for camp-style BBQ’s to be enjoyed by all as you revel in this special world.
