We are now sharing our 4BR house with you. Bring the entire family. Our house is fully renovated on the first floor for 2022. We give you the ability to get off the resort property and control your expenses. The space This house is a 2022 renovated raised ranch modular home from the circa 2000 era. You have access to the main raised level of the home via a front sidewalk. We hooked this house up so that it works for 2 couples with 2 kids each in the family style everyone wants to have including a pair of living room spaces so the adults can watch tv in one room while the kids watch in another. No access to the lower level of this home is included. The door to the basement stairs is locked out to the guests. Occasionally the owner may occupy some efficiency space in the lower level of the home. Guest access The guests have access to the entire main level of the home. For an additional fee and a fireplace rules agreement guests may access firewood supplied on the rear deck only. No firewood stored under the deck is accessible. In addition multiple owners closets exist in the space that are not accessible to the guest. These are monitored by digital devices.
