This beautiful one level 4-bedroom 2-bath smart home was completed in Oct 2022. It features stunning open concept design as well as beautiful views of the pine trees surrounding our area. This modern gem is located in the beautiful Running Y Resort which offers many great amenities to our guests. With your stay we include a guest pass which grants you access to the community pools, sauna, gym and yoga room. Enjoy the beauty of nature from our deck which provides guests with a Gas BBQ, propane fireplace and exterior dining area. The interior includes a beautiful modern kitchen with convection oven, smart fridge and 36-inch gas cooktop. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. Each bedroom was inspired by our beautiful surroundings and designed to make you feel comfortable and inspired to explore everything Southern Oregon has to offer. The home features two king beds, two queen beds and an oversized pullout couch. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, smart tv, private bathroom with soaking tub, walk in shower and double vanities. Although this home was designed to be top of the line, we haven’t forgotten about our favorite guests…The kids! This home features its very own game room with a full-sized foosball table and air hockey table that converts to ping pong. For the interior we provide board games, a pack n play, highchair, and toys. In the garage we provide yard games a couple of bikes with helmets and sleds for the winter season. PARKING AND ACCESS Guest can check-in at anytime with personalized guest code. Guests are allowed to park one car in the large garage. Other vehicles may park outside. No parking on the street due to HOA rules. All areas of the home are accessable to guest except two closets that are used for storage. The storage under the deck and house are private too. This home is located in the beautiful Running Y Resort. This resort is famous for its 18 hole Arnold Palmer designed golf course. Other ammenities offered at the resort Include: 18-hole mini golf course, Sandhill Spa, dog park, hiking trails, horseback riding, ice skating rink, roller skating rink, indoor heated pool, kiddy pool, hot tub, cedar wood sauna, fully equipped gym and yoga room. Outside the Sports Center you will find the outdoor playground, basketball courts, tennis-pickleball courts, sand volleyball court, horseshoes, ping pong table and picknick tables. (Equipment rental available in Sports Center.) Within the resort you will find a market, coffee shop, restaurants, and seasonal food truck. FUR BABIES We welcome all well-trained dogs to our home. We ask that the animals please stay off the furniture to help ensure the health of our future guest with pet allergies. We provide a kennel in the garage and ask that you please do not leave your animal unattended in the home. There is an animal fee due prior to arrival, this fee helps with professional cleaning after your stay.
