Welcome to our guest house. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of this modern farmhouse sitting on the edge of nature. Hiking trails are nearby or just relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset on your private deck. This guest house is perfect for two adults who want to escape from the city. Relax in the newly renovated indoor space by enjoying a quiet dinner for two or a movie on the big screen. This can also be a winter escape for Snowbirds as we offer a long term rental discount (30d) James & Zdenka The space The guest house was built in 1972. My husband and I bought the property back in 1997 to raise a family and a vision for creating an amazing space to share with family and friends while creating amazing memories. This unit is 640 square feet and is about 50 yards from the main house. There is a separate driveway that leads to the guest house. The unit has two stories with the kitchen and living room with queen sofa-bed on the main floor. The bedroom, bathroom and office are on the second level. The laundry room is attached to the outside of the unit. The beautiful deck with a view is accessed via a door on the second level. Inside the guest house, you will find it newly renovated with all new appliances, new furniture, designer head board, high definition television and a cozy dining table for two. The outdoor space is wide open and all nature. The patio deck off of the second floor is 112 square feet and where you will enjoy amazing mountain views and even the ocean on a clear day. In addition, you may see hawks flying overhead, wild rabbits, deer and the occasional coyote. Guest access The main house and pool is off limits to the guests. Other things to note Please be respectful of the neighbors when arriving. Turn right onto the dirt driveway and look for the two story guest house. At night it will be all lit up.
