From for the fifth person, we will spread out a sofa bed. We have 9 accommodations in all. One is a small house called “The Secret Base SPICA”, seven are wooden apartments called “SPICA101”, “SPICA102",“SPICA103”, “SPICA105”, “SPICA201”, "SPICA203”, SPICA205”. And the 75㎡ apartment called “SPICA 301”. Please compare each photo and choose the apartment that suits your travel style. Only one group can be booked at one apartment, so different people cannot book your apartment. Guest access You can enter all the places of SPICA301 and the storage room. Other things to note We try our best to keep our information as accurate and up to date as possible, but please understand that appliances and furniture may occasionally change. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to us in advance. Kindly note that we may not be able to offer refunds or discounts for small differences between the photos and the actual room. 1. No Elevator Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator available. We appreciate your understanding. 2. No Parties We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. 3. Indoor Footwear In accordance with Japanese customs, shoes must be removed indoors. During the winter months, the floors can get cold, so we recommend bringing indoor slippers or room shoes for your comfort. 4. Consideration for Residents As there are residents living on the premises, please keep noise to a minimum in the hallways and shared passageways. 5. Linen and Towel Replacement Please change your own bed linens and towels during your stay. Used items should be placed in the laundry basket located in front of the storage room. We will handle the washing, including bleaching and disinfecting, so there is no need for you to wash them. 6. Room Cleaning Guests are responsible for cleaning their own rooms during their stay. A vacuum cleaner is available in the storage room. You do not need to clean the room before checking out. 7. Bicycle Use Two bicycles are available for shared use among guests. (maximum 3 hours use at a time). 8. Cooking Restrictions Please refrain from cooking deep-fried foods.
