A $500 fine will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. ☀ No Parties / Unauthorized Guests: No parties or unregistered guests are permitted. We reserve the right to terminate any booking without refund if parties or events occur. A $250 fine will be charged for each unauthorized guest. ☀ Trip Insurance: We highly recommend that guests purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergencies, bad weather, Covid-19 restrictions, etc. Refunds outside of our stated cancellation policy cannot be provided unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area.
