Overland park is a dense suburb about 11 miles southwest of Kansas City, Missouri. Located in Johnson County, it is the second most populated city in Kansas and a great place to work, live and play ! The city offers 1800 acres of green land with 72 parks. From biking trails, hiking, golfing, playgrounds, and tennis. Overland park is filled with restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment. It's best to rent a car to get around town. The second best option is Uber or Lyft. The home is within 5 miles of a large variety of food options, entertainment, and parks, so you wouldn't have to travel too far if you plan to stay within city limits. Due to the home's neighborhood, there are restrictions regarding the amount of traffic around the home. No overnight street parking is allowed. Only 8 guests overnight are allowed (children under 18 are the exception, but please let us know ) We use noise monitoring devices in the home to ensure we keep our neighbors happy! We will be alerted if the noise is above a reasonable noise level for a 4-bedroom home. No worries, it's not set to a whisper level ;)
