Located between Ravine Blanche and Bois d 'Olives, 5 minutes from the rum saga and 10 minutes from downtown Saint-Pierre, the sea and all amenities, in a quiet subdivision, this fully equipped house is ideal for families staying there to discover our beautiful island and relax. The space This house of 3 bedrooms fully equipped and furnished with care, will allow you to comfortably accommodate 6 people thanks to its three air-conditioned rooms. You'll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. On the ground floor you will have a living room, overlooking the terrace and pool, with a very comfortable sofa, a TV (quality internet connection thanks to the fiber), an open kitchen and its dining area ideal for breakfasts. The first air-conditioned bedroom with its 160*200 bed, overlooks a small outdoor living room. The ground floor also has a shower room with toilet. The terrace and pool will allow you to swim, lounge on deckchairs, or share meals with family or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped: coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, multifunctional robot, blender, small accessories and dishes. You will have at your disposal a washing machine as well as an iron and ironing board. Upstairs you can enjoy the other two bedrooms with air conditioning and a shower room with toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed of 140*190 and a desk, as for the second bedroom you will have the choice between having 2 beds of 90*200 or to transform it into a large bed of 180*200.
