The home is a single family, two story design, with a private pool, and 4 parking spaces. Completely renovated in (2021/2022), fully furnished 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom house even allows a group of 12 relatives to live comfortably and lavishly! There are 12 adults maximum in guest registry. Groups can extend up to 14 adults overall total occupancy, (excluding children under 3 yrs old.) No more than 2 additional guests over are allowed without notifying host. These 2 additional guests do not need to be applied to guest registry. Welcome to the ideal rental home AND location for all family/friend trips, golfing retreats, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings! Family, friend, work, team, bachelor, bachelorette, golf, etc. gatherings are all welcomed. We are only a 15 minute drive away from the iconic Fontainebleau Resort in Miami Beach. Utilize Rt 1 Biscayne Blvd or Rt 95 for travel to: Ft Lauderdale, Aventura, Hollywood, Wynwood, Design District, Downtown Miami, Brickell. Also, utilize causeway access into Bal Harbour, Surfside, North Beach, Mid Beach, South Beach, South of Fifth. Yard/pool area (and entire perimeter of the home) is professionally sprayed for mosquitos monthly. We DO NOT allow pets at this rental property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and pool. Diamond Estates: Miami is only a short drive away from all the South Florida & Miami South Beach attractions! Green garbage can and blue recycling can are located outside on driveway area to the left. Recyclables can be deposited in marked blue container in garbage bags. Garbage can be deposited in green marked container in garbage bags. Garbage pickup is Monday and Thursday mornings. Recyclying pickup is Monday mornings. Please put cans out for pickup on their scheduled days to the end of driveway (left corner - along side of bush line/white block and patio entry gate). Please also familiarize yourself with our "house manual/rules - supplimental contract" and rental policies. All Rental Bookings: standard checkin 12pm and standard checkout 12pm. There are absolutely no extended checkin/checkout services provided. For any requests (pre-trip) or last minute (during trip) regarding extended checkins or checkouts: guests have option to purchase additional days for specifically requested extensions (only if available). MANDATORY GUEST REGISTRY: prior to checkin, guest who booked property MUST PROVIDE host with full (first and last) names of all guests 18+ yrs old. This can be inputted into the "Booking Details/Guest Reservation Details" OR guests can send this list as a direct message to host. Maximum 12 guests, excluding children under 3 yrs old.
