Our 3beds- 2baths Vacation House is nestled in a picturesque location, surrounded by lush greenery in a cul-de-sac neighborhood. There are Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwater Beach, and Madeira Beach which are 15-20 mins away. Minutes to Shopping center, restaurants, and hospitals. Easy access to top attraction: Bardmoor Golf and Tennis Club, Bayou Golf Club, Largo Central Park Nature Reserve, and famous bike trail at Walsingham Park. The space -Our favorite part of the house is the backyard and the pool; fully enclosured , no bugs and no leaves. The backyard feature a bar, a dining table that seat 8 people, and a coffee table with lounge chairs. The pool is South facing and has a sun tanning area to soak up all of the Florida sunshine :). -The Master bedroom features a King size bed with its own en-suite bathroom, which recently updated with tile from bottom to wall, dual sinks, glass shower door, and a smart shower system. -The other two bedrooms located on the other side of the house that has 2 queen size beds that equally offer comfortable accommodations, making this vacation pool house perfect for larger groups or families. -The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove top, oven, microwave, full size fridge, dish washer, instant pot, air-fryer, pots and pans, and utensils; fully stocked silverware, wine glasses, mugs, bowls, plates, etc. - Coffee and tea are provided throughout your stay -Whether you want to swim, barbecue, or simply lounge by the pool, this type of property offers an ideal setting for a memorable getaway. Guest access Entire house, including backyard and pool. Other things to note Bugs and Critters: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, please close all doors and windows, and store away the foods.
