Its enclosed and wooded garden invites you to relax and dine outdoors in complete privacy. The house has a functional kitchen equipped with a stove, an American refrigerator and a microwave, open to a large living room with fireplace. A second living room with a large dining table opens directly onto the garden, creating a beautiful, friendly and bright living space. On the ground floor, a master suite with a 160 cm bed and sofa bed has access to the garden and an adjoining bathroom.
