The space This lovely comfy home is tastefully designed and decorated, offering air-conditioning in every room, Sonos surround sound, wrap around verandah, roof top entertainment/look out deck, lap pool, hot tub, and fitness /pool house with weights, bands and Peloton bike. The upstairs interior features the entrance foyer, kitchen, living/dining room with 65" TV and master bedroom with ensuite bath, while the downstairs accommodates an additional entertainment area with 55" TV, three king bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms.This home accommodates up to 8 persons or 4 couples For the unfortunate infrequent power and water outages (that come with living on a remote island), Solaqua is provisioned with a new 60KW generator and two 30,000 gallons water cisterns for a consistent supply of both. Property Manager Joel, daily housekeeper Nancy and gardener Virgil will also be available to look after your needs. Guest access The entire house is accessible with the exception of the garage, laundry room and study (home owners closets). If you would like to wash clothes, please ask Nancy to do your laundry for a small fee. Other things to note Our home is allergy free and pets are unfortunately not welcome. Parties over 20 people are not allowed. Guests swim in the pool and hot tub at their own risk. There is no life guard on duty.
