Enter through the back of the building using a personalized code you will receive the day of arrival. The loft is located on the second floor of the building and will be accessed via stairs. This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. *PETS - This property does not allow pets. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets. *Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees. No refund will be given if cancelled within five days of arrival. There is a designated parking lot on the side of the building. *CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in.
