While we love kids, this is meant to be lived in as an “adult” house. Please inquire, we limit the number and age of our little guests. Guest access Be as relaxed or as active as your mood desires. Rent kayaks, paddleboards, bikes in Sausalito’s Richardson Bay one mile East. There is a surfboard, wetsuit and boogie boards that come with the house if you want to head to one of the many beaches nearby. Or, walk from the front door to the Golden Gate trail system and into the stunning Marin Headlands with views of the Pacific Ocean and endless possibilities, including down to Muir Beach 4 miles West. Drive a few minutes into downtown Mill Valley or Tam Valley to hear live music, eat, shop, go to galleries or grab a drink. Day-trippers will find themselves with too many options. Be in San Francisco or Muir Woods in 15 minutes, or the tasting rooms of Napa and Sonoma’s world-famous wineries 35 minutes. Other things to note Parking for 2-3 cars on the property. The house is the last house at the end of a quiet one-lane street with no through traffic. You would get detailed instructions for coming in, parking and navigating the area, once you book. We are sharing our love for this stunningly beautiful and unique area and our permanent home with you. While the setting is private, we do share the small culdesac to enter our property with our neighbors. As our guests, we ask that you treat the home and surrounding shared space with respect and courtesy. Park only in the driveway spaces provided (or down the street). Please look at signs which detail parking for other addresses. We can offer extra housekeeping services during your stay for a fee, arrange to have groceries delivered, or connect you with other amenities as needed.
