Upstairs is the primary bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom, a bedroom with a full-size bed, a full bathroom with hallway access only, and the third room with a private, dedicated workstation with high-speed internet that makes working remotely a breeze. Outside, you'll find a fire pit area with seating for 4, a gas grill, a covered dining area, and a fenced yard so your pups can roam safely. In the morning, sleep in and enjoy your coffee on the covered front porch before taking a leisurely stroll into “The Little Town that Rocks,” Black Mountain, a mere 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk away. Please note: This home is pet-friendly for up to 2 well-behaved dogs with an additional fee. Dogs are preferred to be crated when unattended; sheets and towels are provided to cover beds and furniture; dog-waste bags are provided. The rack of wood to the left of the guest parking does NOT belong to this home. The garage is not accessible to guests. When rented monthly, there is a $150 monthly utility allowance for water, power, and gas. Any overages are to be reimbursed by the tenant. Guest access All of our homes are private residences so you have access to the entire house unless otherwise noted in the description (the owner may not allow use of the garage, etc).
