Ideally located, our "Have a nice stay" house will welcome you for your stays in our beautiful region. The 1st beaches are 10 min. by car. Accessible to PMR, you can accommodate up to 11 people The accommodation includes: Parental suite with private bathroom and toilet Bedroom 2 people with bathroom and toilet adjoining. Room ideal for 4/5 children, Adolescents or Adults. Sofa bed 2 people in living room Access to a nice terrace and a large garden facing west. The space Accommodation for 8 to 11 people Our house includes the amenities below: - The "Sea" Master Suite for 2 people (140 x 190 cm bed), including a dressing room, shower room and private toilet With 1 x duvet 220 x 240 + 2 x Pillows 50 x 70 - The "Vegetable" Room for 2 people (140 x 190 cm bed) and large dressing room With 1 x duvet 220 x 240 + 2 x Pillows 50 x 70 - One Bathroom (Bathtub) and WC adjoining the "Vegetable" room - A large dormitory room with bunk beds (2 beds 90 x 190 cm) and a sofa bed 160 x 200 cm (very comfortable) + 1 folding bed (person 1m70 max) With 3 duvets 140 x 200 + 1 x duvet 240 x 260 + 5 x Pillows 60 x 60 - A living room with extra sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people (with 1 x duvet 220 x 240 + 2 x pillows 60 x 60) in additional beds, Round table and 4 chairs, a desk for your days of teleworking. - An open kitchen with all the equipment (oven, microwave, fridge, induction plate 4 fires, dishwasher, dishes,...) - A dining room accommodating up to 10 people 🌳You will have access to a nice renovated terrace in 2023 with an outdoor table and chairs for 8 + barbecue, a lounge area for your aperitifs and a large enclosed garden facing west. The house is on the ground floor. The extension with Master Suite has been designed for people with reduced mobility, easily accessible. 👶We provide you with your little ones: an umbrella bed with an extra mattress (sheet not provided), a high chair, a belly bath seat in the bath of the second bathroom and a thermometer for the water temperature. 🛏️We do not provide linens and towels (All our beds are equipped with duvets, mattress pads and pillows). You have the possibility to rent sheets and towels through our partner Conciergerie Rochefort Océan who will welcome you on the day of your arrival (For stays equal to or greater than 5 nights). Your contact will be Stéphanie who will contact you a few days before your arrival to welcome you on D-Day and give you the keys to our house. For stays of less than 5 nights, the entrance will be done independently via a key box and your departure via our partner La Conciergerie Rochefort Océan. You will receive all instructions the day before your arrival. 2/3 indoor parking spaces included with the accommodation (closed by a gate) + outdoor parking access. 🔐We would like to inform you that our house is protected by an alarm system, which you can turn on during your stay during your absence, if you so wish. To do this, you will need to press the red padlock and upon your return enter the code that we will have indicated to you the day before your arrival + green padlock. ⚠️We would like to clarify that one of the monitors is equipped with a motion detector and NOT a security camera. It will therefore be unnecessary to obstruct the lens or the equipment will no longer be able to protect the house and your belongings. 🧯Our house is equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher. 🧹The cleaning fee is required. But also several restaurants and snacks (Mc Donald, Burger King, La Pataterie, Le Bistrot Régent, Chinese Restaurants,...) Our accommodation is close to the fast axes to get to La Rochelle, Fouras, Royan, Saintes,... Access to the A10 is less than 5 kilometers from our town. Several bike paths are accessible to walk from the accommodation. Bicycle rental: Mondovélo Rochefort. You will find in the town of our villa 10 minutes walk a pond for fishing, a snack bar, a tennis court, a multisport court as well as a mini-golf and a few steps from the house a playground for the little ones. The Rochefort Market welcomes you on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturday mornings. To park you will find the Cours Roy Bry car park (Free). To entertain you the Apollo cinema on the Roy Bry course, Family Fun Park (Bowling, Trampolines and games for children) and 5 min drive to Yaka play park. The museums and visits that we recommend on Rochefort: Visit of the arsenal, the Transbordeur bridge and the Royal Corderie, the museum of trades of yesteryear, Museum of the Navy, National Museum of Medicine. Our favorites of the region: Boat trip around Fort Boyard, Visit of the island of Aix via the tip of the smoke of Fouras (accessible only by boat), Walk on Ile Madame (wild), Night dinner on the port of La Rochelle, Eat an ice cream at Lopez (Maître Glacier) in Royan or Pontaillac, Visit Meschers-sur-Gironde and Talmont, Eat oysters on the island of Oléron (oyster shacks).
