Situated directly on Crockett's Cove, ocean views are enjoyed from most rooms in the house. Doors off the great room open to a large, sunny deck, perfect for outdoor dining or lounging. The large lawn leads to a private beach as well as a dock. Guests may hike & explore nearby Tip Toe Mountain Preserve, a local secret. The space The downstairs features a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with a shower, and a great room with a granite fireplace, large dining room table, and a sitting area. Doors off of the great room open out to a large and sunny deck, perfect for outdoor dining or lounging. Upstairs there are five bedrooms and a full bathroom with a vintage tub and a shower. There are two bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with a a twin bed, a kids bedroom with twin bunk beds and the master bedroom has a queen size bed. The master bedroom also features a circular study, which enjoys 360 views. Outdoors there is a large lawn area and access to a private beach. There is a dock on the property. Nearby guests can hike and explore the Tip Toe Mountain Preserve or enjoy a sunset at the top of Tip Toe Mountain, a local secret. FAQ: Is this property on an Island and how do we get there? Yes, this property is located on Vinalhaven Island. To get here you must take a car ferry from Rockland, ME. The ferry departs 6 times daily in the summer. This house does have WIFI. AT&T and US Cellular service works, but not Verizon Are kitchen basics provided? Pots/pans/dishes/cups are provided, but salt/pepper/spices/oil exc. are not Are parties or Gatherings allowed? No, large parties or gatherings are prohibited when using the house.
