This space is a private master suite of main house w own private entrance & queen bed (two shared walls-may remit some tv noise). Outdoor Kitchen, grill, closed in yard. The home is located in a quiet 1950's neighborhood near the Rillito River walk, River Park, and plenty of amenities within 1/2 mi. Property nearby Grant Rd, Alvernon Way, River and Swan Rd. Bus stop within min. Friendly pets are welcome, cats must be pre-approved. Smoke Free home. No Parties allowed. Laundry Room The space Concrete floors & open beam ceilings. Clean rustic style furnishings, TV is wifi network smart tv's with local antennae for news and general programming. Studio has small microwave, toaster, coffee maker in the suite closet. Coffee maker with coffee & tea for a few days stay. Medium Frig with upper freezer. The backyard has an outdoor sink, small burner stove, toaster oven, electric foreman grill, convention oven and BBQ and walled in for privacy. There is a grill and firepit for your use. Please remember to turn off propane. Bed is a new serta pillow top. There are extra blankets in the closet. There is a small twin foam mattress under the bed for an extra guest if approved. Home has new central AC but room also has small window AC, fan or heater for additional heat or cooling is located in the closet. Bathroom is newly remodeled tiled walk-in shower. The laundry room (key on fob) has a fairly new washer and dryer, vacuum, broom, etc if needed. only access between 8 am and 8 pm. Guest access Guest parking is on the east side of the utility room with a guided pathway to the back yard entrance. Park anyway that your car fits best but please avoid damaging landscaping and larger rock features. Keybox is located around the back and next to the bright blue door which is your entrance. Other things to note ADDITIONAL NOTES - Shared wall may remit some TV noise, please be considerate of other quests regarding noise. - Friendly dogs are welcome, please avoid issues with other pets by leashing - Cats must be pre-approved to avoid scratching and spraying and /or crated if needed. - parking for studio space is on side of utility room - smoking is not allowed inside - only outside the house, please clean up debris. - Laundry hours are 8am to 8 pm, for the consideration of noise for quests - Please note there is a camera in the carport area for our protection and yours.
