Beautiful Bass Lake cabin with lake views from the second story and kitchen. The backyard is beautifully landscaped. The fountain in the backyard creates a relaxing environment. Duceys, the marina, and the Pines bar are close by. The lake is only a block away. If you need anything from supplies to food, Oakhurst is only a 10 minute drive. If you are looking to do something more adventurous, Yosemite National Park is only 30 minutes away. The space Our Cabin is 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom residence. The master bedroom has its own shower/tub attached to the room. It has recently been remodeled with all brand new furnishings and new appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need. This includes, pots, pans, utensils, some seasonings, paper towels, trash bags, and cleaning supplies. We also have a Keurig coffee machine, coffee, mugs, tea, and a milk frother. Tea and pods provided All bathrooms are have shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Laundry detergent is provided if you need to wash some clothes. Extra toiletries are provided in case you forget anything. We have smart televisions that are over 50" that gives you access to all streaming apps, Wifi, and an Alexa in the kitchen. The couch in the living room has storage under the chaise lounge and there is a pull out under the other two seats that can be converted into a bed. All rooms are equipped with charging stations and mini split units for your AC/ Heating needs. One of the rooms has bunk beds which is perfect for kids. The room also has toys for kids. Spend the day on the lake or go on an adventure to Yosemite. Once you get back, relax in the recently landscaped backyard. The backyard has a calming water fountain with beautiful lights that drape across the yards. There is a table in the backyard so you are able dine inside or outside. We have a gas BBQ outside if you feel like BBQ. Propane is also provided. You can end the night with some board games with the family that are also available. A custom made Owl box is also in the backyard. We hope to have an owl make this his new home. Guests also have access to our semi-private lakeside beach area (available only to this neighborhood). This area has some covered seating at tables. Our cabin is less then a mile from the Pines Resort which has shopping, restaurants, marina on the lake with boat rentals and water sports. It is a 3 minute drive from our cabin or a 15 minute walk. Rent a boat or jet skis and spend the day on the lake or head into Yosemite for the day. We are located 30 minutes outside the south entrance of Yosemite National Park. We have a fully equipped kitchen, Alexa, Corn Hole, and wood burning fireplace. You will be a block away from the lake and will also have lake views. Guest access The entire home and property is available to guests. Other things to note The PInes Resort has a grocery store, gas pump, pizza and ice cream parlor, full service marina with boat rentals, jet ski rental, paddle board and tube rentals. There are also some fantastic hiking trails in the area. Oakhurst is only a 10 minute drive away. It has some great restaurants and a Raleys and Vons for groceries. There is also a outdoors/sports store for any of your needs. They just got a new Starbucks and Deli Delicious. Chuckchansi casino is only a short drive away in case you want to try your luck and have a fun night out.
