Everything you need to relax and unwind is here. This tastefully refurbished ground floor unit is directly across the road from Shelly Beach great for fishing, and swimming. The space THERE ARE 2X LIVING AREAS: The large sunroom looks across to the esplanade boardwalk and has views to the bay. Perfect for lazy days of reading a good novel or playing one of many board games. There is a library of books and board games to enjoy during your stay. The lounge room has pool and bay views (with blinds if you prefer extra privacy) and a comfortable lounge to settle in to watch your favorite television show. YOGA MATS and tv access to YouTube or USB for great yoga sessions Other things to note NOTE: - PARKING for vehicles is on the street - you can easily find a park right out in front of the unit. - As with all properties right on the esplanade, you can expect a bit of traffic noise. You may choose to sleep in the back bedroom if you prefer an early silent sleep. (we find the sound of the waves lapping the shoreline at night makes up for this inconvenience)
