The upstairs accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a master bedroom with en-suite, a further large bedroom with en-suite, both double rooms have access to the full width balcony overlooking the water. The bathrooms have large walk in showers. There is a further small double and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds. There is a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Decking to rear of the property accessed via sliding doors in lounge area, decking has seating for 8 guests and a charcoal BBQ. EV charging point. Gravel driveway to side of property. Property benefits from access to the lake via private jetty.   House & Estate Rules:   Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.  Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate All our properties are non-smoking. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate. A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this. If you have booked via Airbnb, you do not need to pay the security deposit directly to Habitat Escapes as any damages to the property are raised through Airbnb's reimbursement portal. Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
