Serendipity House sits a block from Lake Michigan and adjacent to the charming downtown, including Storm Cloud Brewery, the restored Garden Theater and a number of specialty shops and restaurants. The space The Manitou is a private suite with two private entrances in the center of the house with the largest living room and kitchen of all the suites. Guest access Private space: Living room, dining room, bedroom, full kitchen, full bath with sink, tub, shower toilet. Shared spaces: front porch and back yard. Other things to note Keys to the suite are accessed through an electronic safe on the front porch to facilitate late arrival check-ins.
